Return

As the product is exquisite and small, if there is any damage caused by extrusion or scratch during transportation, please contact us(support@foxfanscustomring.com) as soon as possible at your convenience to decide if it is eligible for a free exchange or refund. We (  Foxfanschampionring ) will exchange it for you free of charge within 7 working days from the date of delivery if it's confirmed damaged during transportation.
In case the goods you receive are not what you ordered, we (Foxfanschampionring ) will exchange them for you free of charge within 7 working days from the date of delivery. - Please send us the images of the product you received to do a confirmation.
We do not accept size exchange (In case of the buyer chooses the wrong size).
Customized and Personalized products are not accepted for returns. (Except for product missing/wrong product received/product damaged during transportation)
If you are no longer interested in your product within 8 days from the delivery date, you can return it for 15$ restocking fees deducted. (Personalization Products Not Included)
Refunds

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@foxfanscustomring.com and include your order number. Once we receive the returned item and confirm the item condition is the same as your description, we will make the promised refund to your original payment method.

If your refund is approved, you will receive the refund for sending the item back within 7-15 days. The actual number of days depends on your card issuer.




Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Other Notes

The typical turnaround time for returns or replacements is about two to four weeks, but maybe a bit longer during high-volume periods.

All returns are subject to inspection.

All packages, including original containers, must be unmarked and not defaced in any manner.
